How is the jacket powered?

It works with any standard 5V power bank via the USB connector in the inner pocket. A typical 10,000 mAh power bank provides 8 to 12 hours of continuous warmth, depending on the setting selected.

Can it be machine-washed?

Yes. Simply remove the power bank before washing, fasten the cable pocket zip and machine-wash on a gentle, cold-water cycle. Leave it to air-dry without wringing it out.

Is the heating safe in the rain?

It uses insulated, low-voltage Japanese Toray carbon fibre. It emits no harmful radiation and has an automatic overheating shut-off system. The outer softshell fabric repels water and wind.

Which size should I choose?

As the fit is tailored, we recommend choosing one size up from your usual size. This gives you room to wear a shirt or lightweight jumper underneath without compressing the heating elements or restricting movement.
